~I Got This From Gamedaily.com~

The game covers that they talk about are:

Donkey Kong (Intellivision)

Adventure (Atari 2600)

Berzerk (Atari 2600)

Video Checkers (Atari 2600)

Iron Sword: Wizards & Warriors II (NES)'

Casino (Atari 2600)

------~this is mine now~

I would choose:

Donkey Kong (Intellivision), Adventure (Atari 2600), and Berzerk (Atari 2600) okay choices but not the other three, The covers accually somewhat resembled the game.  I think that MegaMan (Nes) should have been on the list,

That is strange because the guy has a pistol instead of a gun connected to his arm.

So do you know any other misleading video game box-art?.

3 Women running at you with lazer guns turns into a vertical scrolling shooter? I'll never understand it.

Fun game for a budget title in the NA.

@IdahoPkwy

That is fairly misleading.

Look for the cover of Izuna 2 on the DS. Anyone would think it was a erotic game.

Horrible list. What about "Phalanx" or whatever.

Well ok.  It does have ship in the top right and mentions a shootout in space.  But what's with the Banjo player?

I have yet to see that one. That is by far the strangest one. The Banjo probably come from the fact that the American Western theme of old men playing banjos and shootouts possibly.
