I just bought an S-video cable to connect my laptop to my tv. I connected it and i get sound, but i don't get any images on my tv :S anyone know why??? Can somebody help me =(

did you click the button that turns on the external screen? either do that through the settings, or you have to hit like [special function+some key] which is typically one of the F# keys. It typically looks like 2 tiny screens of different colors next to each other.
