Firefox spell checks for me

although i might sometimes make a mistake

i am annoyed though by the fact that lots of people use OF when they're trying to say: 'should HAVE been' or am i just getting old? (i know i am but still..)

Sometimes Firefox's spell check doesn't work for me, I have no idea why. Anyone have the answer?

I briefly proofread my post before posting, but for some reason I find it much easier to read through and catch mistakes after I post. I always check out and read my post right after I make it, and then quickly edit any mistakes I see.

When I post a thread yes I check the heading to make sure I spelled everything correctly but when I post I dont really care.

I use my dictionary all the time. It's sitting right beside me. ^^

Seriously, I always proofread what I write. I don't want to come out as an illiterate idiot that can't mix two ideas together in a whole paragraph or two.

Almost never. but i do proofread once in a while and i don't have much to say anyway.

Yes, I spell check. Manually, because I have a spanish dict installed so it's worthless to let FF spell check. I check before posting and after, and edit if I see any mistake

I'll let you slide on the bad grammar, since it doesn't matter as long as it's easy to understand what you're saying. Hell, I don't even care about 100% grammar correctness in my own posts, because this is a message board!

But considering the nature of your post, that spelling mistake was just too funny to read. :P

EDIT: My god, right after I posted I realized you meant dictionary! I thought you were saying "disk".

Hehe, I was just about to quote you and the edit appeared. I always thought dict was an acceptable abbreviation for dictionary...damn, now I gotta check

Firefox spell checks me most of the time.
