Really? I sure don't notice you talking smack about the 360 as a matter of course...
You do not have the right to never be offended.

Because I was defending the 360 from people saying it will only last four years.
If the PSP1 only lasts four years then thats delicious irony isn't it? Think of the threads I could make?

Tease.
So you HAVE to defend the 360, but the PSP is delicious irony? I don't get it. Either you make fun of a system's succssor because the predecessor was short lived or you admit that you are engaged in the fanboy wars. Any selection of words that gets you out of both isn't going to go unnoticed with people capable of thought.

When I ripped my copy of Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles onto my Memory Stick it took up about 1gb(or so, I don't remember the exact amount) of space on the card. Having only an 8/16gb internal memory, the new PSP would only be able to hold a few games before running out of space(not even counting music/movies people would want as well on there). If I want, I could just delete my file and re-rip my Castlevania UMD if I want it on there again, but would Sony allow you to re-download your games if you deleted them to free up space? Will there be limits on the amount of times you can re-dl something? |
Games DRM on PSN is really fair:
Unlimited downloads on up to 5 active machines, you can also "transfer" the license from one machine to another by deactivating one machine and getting that license back. Say for example you bought Field Commander PSP and you already downloaded it on your PSP and on 4 other friend's PSP, but now you want the 4000, well you can reformat and deactivate your PSP 3000 now and and you can then redownload the game on the PSP4000 when you buy it.

It's already said this is not the PSP2 but an upgrade akin to DSi.

You say that, although the DSi can still play all of the old DS/DS Lite games; however, this PSP will be unable to play any of the older UMD games.

Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

As cool as it looks, I can only imagine how much pain my thumbs would be in with the controls so low on the device. My thumbs kill on the DSLite, and I wish they were closer to the top as then I could relax them a little more while holding on to the thing. Or maybe I'm totally wrong.
