Great thread idea, some very good ideas, stofs is my favorite till now.
Just like with real games you will only get a little info at first.
Rumor is my game plays in an alternative past, a past in with not only the english, the frence and the spaniards tried to conquer america.... a past in which japan was interested in america too..... but its not the land that they are after.... You are a jung adventurer who tries to discover the secrets of this new land and finde fame and fortune...but the conflicting parties all try to use you for their own plans.
Thats just a rumor though.... I might change things after I inhale some "inspiration" :)

For some reason the idea doesn't seem to be getting much traction. I guess the people of VG Chartz just aren't that creative. It's too bad, because there have been some good ideas.
I particularily liked the dominos game and the Massive Multiplayer Online Racing game

-tri ace and SE to combine and create the game
-fantastic rpg with action and classic areas to it
-fantastic story, epic like
-very very long, alot of optional stuff.

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B
