So Mercer did a study to find which cities had the best overall quality of life promise, and a separate list for infrastructure. Surprisingly the first US city is Honolulu at 29. The top 28 is dominated by Europe, and a handful of Canadian cities. New York was set as the standard at 100 points.

all i know is i went to Hamilton, Ontario over the weekend, and I had 8 bums ask me for money in a timespan of an hour and a half.  Then all the stores closed at 5 o clock on a Saturday, and me and my girlfreind had nothing to do till the concert we were going to see started at 10.  It then started pouring, so we took a nap in her car since there were no stores open, and the mall closed (at 5)

 

hamilton is the worst city of all time just so everyone knows

Because you can't have a quality life in a shitty city like Hamilton
