I did a quick edit, also even McD's in Europe (at least the one I tried in Spain) was better than the ones here.

Yup, it's definitely no wonder that most of Europe looks down on the Us citizents.

I mean some of you guys are defending waterboarding because other nations have raped children? damn, how about looking into your own army, there was a report released some two weeks ago stating that over 20% of all the female soldiers staioned in Afghanistan and Iraq, since the beginning of the "crusade", were raped by their own comrades. On duty.

You americans can be just as big monsters as any other nation but the difference is that you have enough power to sweep it under the rug or at least sugarcoat it. Remember those WMD's in Iraq? riighht.........

Oh and what vlad said, statistically he did give the Us more than what a statistical american could give with the same time spent on educating himself. You REALLY do have a quite poor educational system compared to most of Europe. It's only the universities that stand out and even there a crapload of students are from overseas.

Yeah like we need a Polish guy to talk about the level of intelligence of people in the US. Having much trouble screwing in the light bulbs, budd

Well, I could give two craps in a fountain.  Me, a racist?  Yeah, right.  I live in a state that predominantly voted for Hilary in the primary and for John Mccain in the general election.   And where out of 10,000 people living in the county where I live and where there were six Mccain / Palin signs lined up in a row as soon as you hit the main road to head down to to the main polling station, I was one of only 800 people to vote for Obama.  Yeah, that makes me a big racist.

However, when someone goes out of their way to insult the greatest country on earth and its people's level of intelligence, then I will do the same thing.  And, I'm not going to be all pc and nicey-nicey about it.

So why is it that in the computing, math, and physics international olympiads the Americans aren't at the top, sometimes far from it? In fact the best they perform in, the math one, more than half the team is made up of immigrants or children of immigrants.

Hell, son, except for the Native Americans going back to the 15th century, we're all immigrants or descendants of immigrants in this country.

Now, tell me why you immigrants that come over here to complain about the USA don't stay at home if the USA is so awful that you feel like putting it down every chance you get.  One would think you would stay over in Europe.

We come here, leech your money, then take it with us back to Europe. That's my plan anyhow. US has the money but nothing worth spending it on, nor the people. Europe doesn't have the money, but just about everything else. The solution then is simple, get the money in the US and spend it in Europe.

I am sorry, but that is just silly. It is the opposite. Europe has the money, but it is expensive there. US currency is cheaper, but has stuff. So you should get the money from there, come here and leech off of products sold over here (because you can get more for less) and then go back. That sounds like a better plan.

Let me rephrase that. It's easier to get money from here with which to buy the expensive things there, than it is to get the money there to spend them there. The salaries there are just smaller. I'm well aware of the fact that the currency is stronger. For what I am doing, I will get paid a hell of a lot more here than I would over there. And by "stuff" I meant higher quality stuff, like food. I can get tons of McD's in comparison here, but that's not exactly good food. When all the "stuff" is added up the lifestyle overall is better in Europe.

Edit: Actually if you compare the cost of food of the same quality from here, it would cost just as much, if not more, than what it would cost in Europe.

That's not what PPP says.  Heck the UK is about to catch up with the US when it comes to GDP per person.  Problem is when you account for PPP... (and taxes).

PPP is neither one of the most stable nor one of the most reliable measurements out there. Between the problems of finding proper equating goods and the fact that one does not correlate with another (food may cost more but housing less, or vie versa), and the fact that it does not account at ALL for quality, it's not something too valid to use for comparisons.

It's still one of the best measurements we have for this kind of thing.

It's much better then your "Well I like this one better" measurement... based on nothing but personal opinion.

So the fact that someone votes for someone who is black somehow means you can't be a racist? Broaden your vocab, racism doesn't just mean to despise/hate some with just a different color of skin, it also goes for the nationality of another individual. That cheap shot you took at me? That's pure racism and prejudice in its finest form.

And where did i state that americans are unintelligent? I said that your educational system is poor compared to what's offered on other continents except for maybe Africa. I mean, when you have soem amount of individual americans who have gone through school and are not able to answer where KFC comes from, then you know something just isn't working.

And i have the right moreso to touch this matter since i have lived in the US and experienced the education that the country can offer compared to other countries (England, France, Germany, Poland and other slavian nations around us). It's not about what you can learn on universities since you do the same thing everywhere but the status of the diploma is greater the more you go west. It's about what a person has knowledge about till the moment when he has to decide whether to attend higher educational facilities.

As for you trying rationalize your reply..well that's what i would personaly call "touchy" to the extreme.

Hey, you know your earlier post was a dig at America and you already said you were trying to provoke me in an earlier post.  'Nuff said.

I said that i probably provoked you to do so which doesn't mean it was my intention. You were the one to take it waaay to personaly.

I was banned for responding to that one dude's comments about the level of intelligence of Americans.  Twestern probably thought it was uncalled for.  Although, it must be alright for some European to say that some European that has come over here to go to school for four years has given more to the country than any citizen of the US and for veiled statements that Americans are idiots that he keeps making in these little "oh, I was in America when I was three years old, and I thought the education offered to me in the preschools  was awful." and then the "I don't like boys from America because they called me names when I was little." statements he keeps making.
