How do you think that the trilogy of games are doing so far, which is your favorite, especially Halo 3??

Do you think that Halo 3 ODST will break the sales record of Halo 3? Will you still play it even if it still has the protagonist as 'the rookie'?

Do you think Halo Wars was a success or failure? If not, do you think the next game dubbed 'Halo Chronicles' made not by bungie but by another gaming developer will do better?

1. My opinions are mixed on the trilogy. I hated the first one because it didn't have multiplayer (not that I was into multiplayer shooters at the time), and I found the campaign too repetitive. Halo 2 had an even worse campaign which I completely ignored, and I was way too busy with other games at the time to get into the online (mainly San Andreas). But Halo 3 really got me into the series and the online, and it's one of my most played games this generation; likely the most played.

2. No, and no.

3. Halo Wars was a big success, but I've never heard of Halo Chronicles.

halo 1 was my best, then halo 2- 3 i do still play halo 1 every now and again i haven't tried halo wars yet but that's because I didn't like that sort of game play

Now, I don't own any Halo-games and I haven't played them much, but I wanted to comment on two of your questions:

No, I do not think Halo: ODST will break the records set by Halo 3.

Yes, I definitely think Halo Wars was a success, and I think it strengthens the overall brand to diversify itself by including more genres into the series.

week 1

The Planck constant (denoted h), also called Planck's constant, is a physical constant used to describe the sizes of quanta in quantum mechanics. It is named after Max Planck, one of the founders of quantum theory. The Planck constant is the proportionality constant between energy (E) of a photon and the frequency of its associated electromagnetic wave (ν). This relation between the energy and frequency is called the Planck relation.

On topic, I think the series needs to innovate more than it did in Halo 2 and 3

I doubt that halo 3 ODST will sell as much as Halo 3, wether first week or lifetime

I would consider Halo Wars a sucess, is it the best selling console RTS yet?

'Halo chronicles' is the next game that will be created by another developer, Wingnut Interative by its founder, peter Jackson.

and day 1

Halo: ODST won't sell more than Halo 3, but I'm sure it will do great for a spin-off.

Halo Wars flopped, it probably, and no doubt MS lost money on it. I was expecting it to sell over 2 millions with less marketing push than it actually had.
