How about we let the game be out 6 months before making statements like that? I'm going to go out on a limb and say history will give it little notice.

I'm not sure a year-old port from the 360 should be on this list.

I thought this site would be about sales? Why are there so many PS3-fans saying, but quality etc. Quality is a matter of taste. Sales are not. And so far nobody mentioned any game on the PS3 that could challenge Halo ODST, except for GT5, which is unlikely to release this year.



Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

By the same measure I haven't seen any reasoning which would show us why Halo ODST is going to be huge other than:

"It's Halo"

I don't understand why PS3 fanboys keep losing their time (and not playing...) on the VGchartz forum.

This site is about sales figures and they always come with some poor excuses to explain that Microsoft is not performing thanks to quality but rather by the fact that their players are some sort of inferior gamer race...

... it is even more true when thei are in denial with the sucess of the wii, just like the Sony-Pr-Inteligenzia.

 

Here is the next PR bs that will come out of Sony representative : "Everybody buying from the competition is retared and responsible for the bankruptcy of the Playstation brand"... or something like that.. very arrogant...

 



 

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

Graphically yes.....gameplay-wise it would barely make my top 10.

tee hee hee another Forza 3 vs GT5 thread, we all know those never end up good. People forget extremely quickly that Forza 2 was a pack in ala you got that and Viva Pinata 2 with every console sold for a long period of time.

The game beat GT5 prologue by half a million having released earlier and being a pack in (PD have GT5 prologue at 3.31 million so PSN as well) so why people think it will stand a chance against GT5 in terms of sales is beyond me.

.......unless we have another higher install base = higher sales

Yeah sure becouse FFXIII which can sell 1.5-2M in Japan, Gow III which can go into 2-3M range , Uncharted 2 which can get into 2-3M range plus whatever HR and Infamous sale will all be paper weight sales wise :D
