Both Gears of War AND HALO 3 had less xbox consoles on the market when released, as compared to KZ2...think about that. 

Here are some things that are just wrong with your post:

1. MAG won't sell 3.5 million. I mean, that is just 750k less than CoD4 and almost on MGS4 level. No chance in hell.
2. All other PS3 games predictions are very optimistic. Uncharted 2 should sell 3 millions? Don't think so. Uncharted was heavily bundled and it made it to 2.33 million. This reminds me of Resistance and Resistance 2 or Motorstorm and Motorstorm Pacific Rift.
3. The Xbox360 will have more than 2 games this holiday season.

I'm sure 360 has more than just odst coming this year. IMO that's underplaying it a bit.
MS said not to expect anything till E3 and umm...I believe them O.o

Killzone 2 can't compete with the expansion to Halo 3.

Killzone 2 has sold 1.46 million. And the expansion can sell 2 million in a week.

Unless it hits the Wii :P, which is very plausible.

You do realise that "quality" can mean anything right? A quality of PS3 games is that they come on a BRD. A quality of a game is that is sells X amount. A quality of a game is that its well recieved. ETC baby boy.

I'm only expecting an 8.5 review score and about 3 million in sales for ODST. I think Killzone 2 has already countered it. 

IGN had some article on game series that had overstayed their welcome a bit, and I think the Halo series was one of them because the mini-pic by the article was of Master Chief.  However, I haven't had much luck trying to find the article since I first saw it, and I didn't read it.

I don't think he's insinuating that PS3 games lack quality. Merely the myth that PS3 games are lightyears beyond 360 games in quality.

Have you seen worldwide sales this week?  Killzone 2 has countered Halo so well, that in it's 8th week it is being outsold by Halo 3 which has been out 10 times as long. And that's a game with almost 10m copies floating around out there. And you think a brand new expansion is going to lack momentum?
