this is a toss-up...

i do not expect halo 3 sales, i expect it to be lower. if gt5 comes out then that is a perfect counter. but in case it does not i do honestly believe that FFXIII, in japan a lone, would be able to counter the hardware boost the 360 will receive from halo ODST

but this is my early two cents. price cuts, new games, release dates, etc etc can change this. it goes without saying i am eagerly looking forward to E3/TGS

it was smart of the OP to put this thread under sales..I'm Willing to be that Halo 3 ODST sell more in one week than Uncharted 2 does in two weeks....

wow xbox 360 gamers really know their shit. hyping up a halo expansion pack just cause stupid people who dont really know shit about games are going to buy it cause it has halo written on it. microsoft has grabbed everyone by the balls when it comes to halo.

why do you think about crushing the other console?. why cant we just enjoy the games we have with the consoles we have.

you know you are lucky. at least you have the money to buy consoles and games. i have absolutely nothing. i dont have enough money. so you should be happy with what you have and you should stop trying to bash the other consoles and the games. besides i dont think it matters wich game sold more or wich console sold more software last year. what matters is that everyone enjoy and that the games turned out great.

why would they? They didn't do it last gen, and they haven't done it this gen. Why would anything change? By the same token, I could say that M$ would dish out top dollar to get Gran Turismo.

But no. Both companies did the best thing with gamers in mind. They made COMPETITION. M$ made Forza, Sony made Killzone. And no, it wasn't all just my opinion. And those "valid" points with links and what not were proven irrelevant (ie. "The 360 has more games....because of all the EA sports 2006 games and so on")

Only E3 will tell.

im a gamer...not a stock investor. games > sales. and maybe sales will effect future sony platforms...but ill worry about it then and enjoy the games now.
