5-2 and 5-3 are both pretty easy. 5-2 is long and there are some bad framerate dips and those are annoying.

Lol i feel like i beat the game too early because i'm level 65 on NG+.

I just pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition, I'm pretty stoked, 3 months to go!

I fucking hate this game.

So I started over two days ago, and was doing rather well for myself. I managed to tackle both 1-1 and 1-2 without dying a single time.

I decided to tackle 2-1 today, and was doing rather well, until roughly halfway through the level a black phantom broke in. I was only level 21. WTF.

So I hide in a tunnel knowing the phantom can only come at me from one direction. A chick suddenly pops out in front of me. She was using a damn good spell plus a Theif's Ring to get so close without me seeing her. On top of all that, she had Miralda the Witch's gear! She damn near killed me with her first hit, and finished me off with her second.

This chick had to have been over 40. Even then, I have no idea how she tackled (or even manged to get to) Miralda without having nearly finished the game.

The online system in this game has screwed me over so many times. -_-

Getting invaded and killed once really isn't a big deal. Sucks that you pretty much had no chance against her(him) but dying once in this game is pretty damn common, invaded or not.

It doesn't, but I was proud that I hadn't died yet lol.

Seriously though, ten level limit my ass. We were at the very least 20 levels apart.

mm, i guess you don't know that you can rebuild your level with the help from the fake king (1-4 boss) or Mephistopheles

they use Soulsucker spell to downgrade your status (1 soul level at a time, starting from the highest).  but the status for "vitality" won't be changed.  the lowest you can de-leveling is the number "80" (adding up all the status).  therefore, some gamers bump up their vitality to 80, and then start to de-level their status until all of them except vitality go down to zero.  then they will use the soul glitch to rebuild their character.

they do that on purpose either to take advantage of the new gamers or for PvP.  most of them are "EXPERTS" on this game.

This is so easy now that I know where everything is and the best tactics to use.

I'm 6-7 hours in and I'm level 27. I've beaten 1-1, 1-2, and 2-1 so far, and I'm managed to grab just about every piece of Dragonstone I can think of in 2-2, including the two chunks in the fire caves that you'll have to die to get (died twice lol), and the Dragon Long Sword +1 in the same area.

I'm trying to create a similar character to what I had last go round, but I'm doing it at a much better pace. I have a head start on my sword by grabbing the DLS+1, and now all I need to do is grab my Gloom Armor from Yurt in 3-2 and my Dark Silver Shield from Garl Vinland in 5-3. I'll have to grind a bit before attempting those, though.

And I didn't scare off the vendor in 2-1 this time, so now I can get all the good splinters of stone in 2-2. :D

Started a new character, I'm now at level 15 as a Temple Knight, having beaten 1-1 and 1-2. If anyone wants to co-op let me know.

Ammy, I've stopped leveling up to wait for you and Xxain. I'm level 42 at the moment.

It sucked, though. I started storing souls, and lost like 19k with a dubious fall yesterday. =(

Now I'm sitting on about 40k souls between actual souls and Soldier/Hero souls.
