yeah i agree we do need compitition otherwise we would be paying loads for a console, though if they did create a console together it would be amazing

Haha that would be amazing! Only thing is no way it will happen anytime soon. But it would be great.

It would have the online you love from Microsoft, The games you love from Sony as well as Halo and Gears of War, and it would have the reliability of a Sony console.

If this were to happen I would get the next Nintendo system...Because in the event of something like this happening Miyamoto would grow a few feet and turn green and have bulging muscles...Yeah Nintendo would take it serious...

Microsoft respecting customers? What planet do you live on? I'll say one thing: RRoD.

Also, the PS3 Software has a much great variety and quality than that of the Xbox 360's IMO, so I'm happy as things are.

its amusing how many people forget the hardware problems both the ps1 and ps2 had.
and quite honestly...ive had problems with a number of their products outside gaming. they arent as good at hardware as some would believe.

i really dont see a benefit for both companies in this arrangement anyways.

Errrmm....It's apparent you don't have a 360....MS not only replaces the RRoD 360 but they pay for the Shipping back and forth..also they just extendend everyone's warranty by 3 years...that's respect.....Plus when they overcharged for Braid on XBL they refunded everyone the difference and gave then complemtary points as well...that's respect.
