Now you're not inrested in these games? You just said you wanted to play them in HD... now it's back to MGS and FF.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

Yeah i do but i wouldn't care missing them if i didn't owned a PS3... so, they were not system sellers for me. They only real reason i'm keeping the PS3 is because the person who gave it to me would feel bad if i sold it and MGS, FF. The rest is just a plus. Don't try to spin things please.
| FinalEvangelion said: Makes perfect sense for jRPGs to be endowed on the PS3. What do jRPGs usually feature? Lots of cut scenes and long game length. What is perfect for that? Blu-ray Disc. PS3 controller is alot better IMO for RPGs, while the 360 is for FPSs. |
Your right, if your too danm lazy to get up off your ass to change a disc every 20 hours, yep blue ray is perfect.
Controllers are about the same, you usually just select options anyways, same with d pad or analog stick
With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.Oh please, Blu Ray means more space. More space means more detail, more audio quality and more stuff happening in the game and more content in general if it's used properly obviously it's up to the developer.
If Kojima is complaining about space on BR and let's say a 360 version comes after a while you have any doubt there will be a lot of cutting going on to fit it in or multiple discs? I don't.

Now your just trying to justify the trojan horse method for blue ray. Its been said that blue ray in no way improves the gameplay etc, all it does is add more space. While more space does add more detail etc, it adds it onto a single disc. Really whats the problem with mulitple discs? Countless classic games have been multiple discs. Many times they complain of space, if they cant fit the game onto a 50 g disc, they need to learn to compress the space or whatever its called. Look what can be held onto a single disc, mass effect. So yes if they compress it or whatever, it would take a few discs, big whoop in my eyes. Also your right better quality, 6 hours of gameplay from HS proves they use that Blue ray to its full potentional Ck, i agree that more space is a good thing, i just think we didnt need it this gen because of how expensive it is, and the fact we have a format war, and lets say hd dvd wins, what happens to the ps3 (i think its just a stupid move by sony, sorry but its my opinion)

How does adding more detail and quality to audio and/or adding more levels not improve gameplay? More space means more room to add stuff to the game. It's a fact, I don't need to justify anything. Since they are going to put it on multiple disks, they will still have to lose quality somewhere, because some of those details are part of the whole game. Unless they do an installation of the game on the 360 hard drive, but then there are 360s with no hard drives...

I don't give a crap who has the best TGS line up or not, and for all of your information Nintendo is NOT even at the TGS themselves. They have their own show, plus there are quite a bunch of 3rd party games announced beforehand for on the DS / WII.
What I care about is that they'll show games which I'm interested in, for Nintendo as well for Playstation. Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy XIII are kind of the ones which are off my list.
I'm hoping to hear when we can expect the 65nm Cell in the PS3 and am hoping for a price drop in Japan.

This is a pretty detailed list. They would have to have some major balls to just spread all of these things as facts when they are just rumors.
We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke
It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...." Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

You are talking BS becasue the game is not on the ds? If it were on the ds you would have said its true.
