But not all core gamers buy FF. A lot of casuals do to because it's popular. Heck my uncles own some FF games but haven't even played them.


And my one uncle bought KH for my cousin when he was like...6.

Final Fantasy has about 5 million hardcore fans. We haven't seen a main Final Fantasy game go under 5 million. More casual gamers have picked the ones with either more hype or advertising (7, 8, and 10)

Yes but there is still a difference. For example, none of the other FFs were advertised as much as FF7. In fact, it still has the largest advertising budget of any video game to date.

I saw ads for FFX and X-2, but not for anything after that.

The Kingdom Hearts 1 ad was epic when it came out, but I never saw one for KH2.

I hope it's for Wii. I played Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 at my cousin' house and thought it was awesome.

KH3 has not even been conceptualized and you know it's going to need at least 3 years for development. This means that it's a next-gen game. Sorry Soriku but you'll be WAITING.

If they havent started yet itll take forever. Im thinking 2012 earliest, we might not hear anything about it until 2010 or 2011. That would mean maybe 2015 release... well into next gen of consoles.
