Yeah 16% OUT OF 1040. Not 16% out of 29 million.Until i see OFFICIAL articles that RROD is dead i refuse to believe.

As i said i believe failure rate dropped but its not under 20% for sure.

Thank You for proving the point, MS's job is not to keep Sony down, never was never will be. That is just what they wish to do, their mission drive is to utterly destroy a rival. Not delivering good, reliable hardware. Not giving a cheap yet great value product to the masses but to force a company out the gaming business. Admitted by MS themselves. Stop being so neglectful to memory. Mircosofts system last gen was the most superior console. You blindly act like they cannot deliver quality when you know they can. You look at their mad rush this gen as if it's all they ever did and all they can do.

I'm not saying that they haven't made good quality machines, I'm saying the mission statement they publicly announced was to force a company out the industry, not do make better machines or any other thing that was down to them and their tech, but downfall of another company! "arrogant & ignorant"

 

Actually Ken said their mission was to defeat Microsoft before Microsoft even made a console. Please get your facts straight.

I am very glad that SONY has had a fall. Now they have learned from there mistakes and can get back up, just as Nintendo has. Cannot respect M$ nowhere near as much as SONY or Nintedo, tho.

I think 1040 is a pretty good sample of consoles tested. 16% of 1040 is seems fairly representative to me.

Careful.  I think you might want to rephrase that.  The XBOX was the most powerful console hardwarewise?  True.  The superior console?  Total opinion.

 

 

 

Why would I say it was superior in games? Thats just foolish! They barely had any! The hardware was superior to their competitors last gen. PS3 fanatics act like Microsoft cannot make quality hardware.

Microsoft gets arrogant when they have power. They don't have power quite yet in the gaming industry, hence why they their mouths are shut the majority of the time. They will only trash talk Sony. Sony is the only arrogant soul right now in the gaming industry. Don't think Microsoft wont either, they just have to have the power before they boast.

Unfortunately thats one boring thread that gets dragged up constantly, well or used to be that is. Its also funny that the PS3 and Xbox 1 are more similar than the Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 if you take the hardware and not the interface.

I Know nothing of that so a link would be nice but i find it hard to believe that Sony made a mission statement claiming they would run MS out of the industry before they where even in it. But if they did i stand corrected
