I was thinking on getting a Dell XPS M1330 (http://www.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/xpsnb_m1330?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19) for gaming, but are there any other laptops that I can get?

Lol, that's a nice oxymoron in the title. Good gaming laptops are expensive, period. For anything in the $1000 price range you're not going to be getting very good performance.
Anyway, I looked at the m1330, and you can get an optional 8400m gs for $125. You will not be gaming with the included onboard card. Even the $125 8400m GS is pretty damn weak. What sort of games are you looking to play?
To give you an idea of where certain graphics cards stand, see this chart on tom's hardware. The 8400M GS is pretty far down there.

So I'm guessing the M1330 is out of the question? (PS: I want a laptop that can run games like WoW)
If all you want to play is WoW, you don't need a very fast computer at all. My old g4 powerbook runs that game fine, and i'm sure most laptops out there today would run WoW no problem.

Ok, but what about something like Crysis? :P. I know you need something like Alienware to run it very well. But that's not a cheap brand
