I think neither. I think it'll do a bit better than Excite Truck, and probably reach a million a bit quicker. But I don't think it'll be either a flop or a Mario Kart. It will have long, steady legs and keep selling for quite some time.

Shame Nintendo haven't advertised this one.. It's very easy to see how fun it is from the videos so it must be a budget thing..

Excite Truck was a game people bought in the Wii games drought. It also has more mainstream appeal.

Excite Bots is probably the better game though, and it won't be a flop.

I think the many crazy additions might discourage some people from buying this. A friend of mine loved Excite Truck even over Mario Kart though she's a casual gamer through and through. But she doesn't like a lot of the crazy, cute and ridiculous things in games.

Yeah, in the middle. Sequels tend to under perform compared to the original - so I'm guessing around 700k worldwide lifetime sales.

30k week#1 wouldn't shock me.
