IGN gave KH II a 7.6?? and KH a 9??

They are definitely in the minority opinion on that among major reviewers:

EGM/1UP: 8.5 for KH and 9.5 for KH II

Gamespot: 8.2 for KH and 8.7 for KH II

Game Informer: 9.5 for KH and 9 for KH II

Almost everyone else either thought it was better than the first or pretty close to equal to it.

Proud mode was still easy. And the gameplay is button mashy. IT IS. If you just mash the X button without noticing it is a button masher.

But one thing I don't understand is the low replay value. I played it for over a year and never got bored.

And god of war is not?

They are idiots to give it a 7.6

No they aren't. They had valid reasons.

Button-Masher
Too Easy
Too Many Cutscenes
Worse Story

Let me give you it at a different perspective

Button-masher yes so is god of war the gameplay is still fun.

Too Easy, when you fight organization XIII the easy instantly goes to hard

Cutscenes can be skipped you have the option

Worse story? Well lets see it starts of in the middle of nowhere? Look its a sequal lets say it had the worst story(which it obviously had a better story)they did not play KH COM or KH, you need to play those two first if not your lost. The story is still amazing, it answers alot of quesitions from the first KH, and easily has a better story than KH1.

Also they gave the gba

KH COM an 8/10(the game deserves a higher score but Im saying this since obviously KH2 is better).

put the bias arguments to rest. Its one person's opinon. I disagree with IGN score, but hey, it's his opinon.

Sorry leo, but the game is sticking to its EXTREMELY short length 

It's amazing that the lowest scores around for this and warhawk are both from PSM, a playstation magazine... anyway I never even knew their scores before these new ones since they were the first ones to reveal their reviews. Maybe intentionally for more traffic?
