When the Wii does finally go HD both the 360 and the PS3 will have paved the way for it to start all over again with another success story.

It's really not that surprising.  Both create separate their own little market that is unique to them, if you exlcude 360 of course.  So I'm sure most people like what they have instead of wanting to combine them all. 

I doubt there are many people that would go along with the one console theory.

It's interesting that console owners are happy with the ability of the consoles they purchased? That doesn't sound interesting at all. It sounds like common sense. A purchaser will buy the console they feel fill their needs, so obviously they should be happy with it's abilities.

Absolutely not. The Wii is already capable of fantastic graphics, great online, and so on. Why pay 600$ for this when we can pay 250$ for it instead (or, even lower, since Nintendo could probably cut the Wii to like 175$ anytime and still be making a profit).

My only complaint about the Wii is the lack of internal storage, but that's been somewhat remedied now anyhow.
