This is more then likely a way for the ISPs to control internet content and restrict piracy and internet fraud....but this ignores the fact it will probably put millions of smaller websites out of business and cause more problems then it solves. EU won't pass it.

Wait wait. Is this that ACTA thing they have been drafting for the longest time? If so, they have been VERY restrictive on the media. Just recently there was a draft leak on wikileaks. It's horrible. If it's something else then that needs to stop as well.

This is what happens when you live in a country where it's the governments job to take care of you. They get to decide what's best for you, it's no longer your concern. The government removes that burden for you.

Yes, you get to live a minimum guaranteed standard of living, but everything comes with a price.
