Great games that don't sell well. Games that are freaking too damn short.
Exclusive games that suddenly become a multiplat. example tales of vesperia.
I hate timed exclusive in general. Release it at the same day and date.

What the heck?

You do realize that a majority games in the NES/SNES era were designed to be played and won in a single sitting right?

By and large, games have gotten longer since then.  Not shorter.

-Co-op where co-op is not needed, especially forced(RE5)

-The idea that violence makes a game automatically hardcore, while E and T rated games are casual

But by my standards, games that are below 8 hours to beat is too short. I want my games to be longer. Just want to meet my gaming needs.

Elaborate cutscenes. Fully-realised and developed characters. Spectacular story twists that spoil the game for any but a first playing.

I want a move, I'll go and watch a movie. A game, I want to *play* it.

Why name just one!

DLC - nearly all of it could have been on the disc, the only reason it isn't is because DLC has presented a new way for companies to nickel and dime us

Patches - release it now and patch it later is a disturbing trend among deveolpers/publishers, just delay the game or make it better in the first place

Split-Screen - on the verge of becoming extinct

all 3 of the above have come about thanks to the so-called advancement of online gaming. All online has done is ruin things, especially for those who cannot or will not get online

Price games are far too expensive these days, as far as I am concerned the prices are nothing less than extortion

I could go on but I am depressing myself

Ghostbusters!

Tease.

-Timed Exclusives (Seriously WTF)
-DLC that you shouldn't waste your money on
-Games that are region exclusive (I'm looking at you SE & Namco)

That's all I can think of

Wii Fit continuing to sell......

Why don't you go buy an actual hoola hoop for $4 instead of paying $80 for a balance board and PRETEND to hoola hoop

Fanboys turning EVERY SINGLE major title into some weapon of war to use in a systems war, is one of them.

I would say DLC is GREAT, in the right context. Add on months in, gives old games new life.
