Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Advantages of the 360

I applaud you MikeB.

Even though the only reason you made this thread was to avoid a perma ban lol.

@ Slimebeast

There have been no threats or anything of that sort. So that's not the reason.

I just thought it would be fun to change roles for a day, my first comments on me believing the 360 is actaully a good games console date back years ago before owning a PS3. Negativety from anti-PS3 people pushed me very much towards advocating the PS3's advantages and strongpoints.

I applaud you MikeB

Thanks.

J/K. You made a good thread.

Hahaha at no 4. What other MS products? All i have is Windows? What else is there? Other than that nice list.

There are a lot of Windows powered devices. Like also PDAs, smartphones, the Zune, etc.

I read reports of the 360 providing more Windows friendly home media extensions.  The Xbox 360 appears to ty better into Windows machines through Windows Media Player, Home Media Center, MSNChat, etc out of the box.

Zune? I thought everyone had an iPod? ;)

Still, that number 4 is a funny "advantage".

17. The NXE is an easy interface to use (no matter what people say)

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... When I read this topic title and saw MikeB's logo I honestly didn't know what to expect. What a pleasant surprise indeed. Credit to MikeB!

This is what I love about VGChartz. Although most users have their preference, the majority of members still know how to use their brain and discuss games with opinions and rationality rather than argue with ignorance like on other sites (Gametrailers, IGN, Teamxbox and so many others that I've left...).

Is someone already working on one of these threads for the PS3 or can I reserve it? I'm about to leave work so I'm just wondering if anyone's working on one. I'd like to start one if no one is.

Nice article MikeB, a breath of fresh air. All 3 consoles are awesome to own this gen. It is refreshing to see a pro piece done on a console not named Sony.

Now please lend your intelligence to a Wii thread and complete the circle my friend.......:)

I really like the Media Center extender option for using my 360 to run movies, recorded shows and slideshows on my TV as opposed to my laptop.

Wierd..

I was just telling my brother he should pick up kameo as it was a very under the radar game. I loved it. I had more fun with it than I did with twilight princess.
