No HD optical drive (Blu-ray or HDDVD) PS3 has Blu-ray, Wii is equal to the 360 with DVD
Wireless controllers have additional charge for rechargeable batteries PS3 has default rechargeable batteries, Wii has no 1st party rechargeable battery
Additional charge for Wi-fi adaptor PS3 and Wii have built-in Wi-fi
Proprietary hard drives and memory cards
PS3 can be upgraded with any SATA Laptop HDD. The Wii suffers from no upgradable internal storage.
No internet browser The PS3 has a free browser and the Wii has a "500 Point" internet browser.
No motion control technology The PS3 has Six-Axis motion control. The Wii has the same with a built in camera to detect true 3D movement.
XBox Live yearly fee Both the PS3 and the Wii have completely free online gaming and services.
This is all that comes to mind based on facts and not biased opinion. The things like RRoD and E74 seem to mostly be a thing of the past and no longer a disadvantage compared to YLoD and bad Wii lasers. I could be mistaken, though. Hopefully you find my post. I've tried to make sure these are 100% facts. I am a PS3 fan myself, but have tried to keep any bias out of this post. If there is bias, I'm sorry.

I don't know man... my 360 wireless controller came with a rechargable battery
The 360 may not have a native browser, but MCE does have browsers avaliable and even emulators :p
Xbox Live's fee is subjective... you get what you pay for even if that means that a company has to refund you for time lost from their service being down.
The PS3's motion control is mostly a joke... a few games have made some interesting use for it... like GTA4, but for the most part it's extra shit you're paying for.
