I'm thinking could it be the size of the photo? The average is like 3.5MB

Edit: Hm I uploaded one that was only 1.5MB and it worked. Seems to be the problem.

There is a ~2MB file size limit.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
