Considering the economic climate we're in, I'd take my chances making a game that cost a 3rd of the price and focus on advertising while still spending less.

Not only is it the cheapest system to make a game for, but they also sell the most games.

Pity those 3rd party titles somehow have mysterious problems selling more than 1 M :D

I have no idea why. The Wii's marketshare is dropping and the majority of games on the system don't sell that well anyway particularly anything with a t or m rating.

There are plenty of third party games on the Wii that have sold over a million.  You should click on the sales charts. 

Ps3 is dropping harder and the wii is actually selling better then last year. Ps3 isn't doing that. You really like to troll do you? :)

If you ask me... they should put everything on the PS2. It sold more than all the current gen consoles combined.

LOL That will definitely change. One of the consoles might outsell it.
