Forums - Sony - Level 5 talks about Danboru Senki (PSP) and Ushiro (PSP) - new info inside

http://www.psphyper.com/psp/level-5-danboru-senki-updates-soon-ushiro-will-warm-your-heart/#more-4926

Danboru (cardboard in Japanese) is an RPG that lets players customize their own LBX (Little Battle eXperience, robots made from enhanced cardboards) and battle against enemy LBX on various stages. Level-5 boss Akihiro Hino says development has been smooth with works on the characters, battle stages and world settings completed. The customization of LBX will be the main focus of the game and Hino is confident that kids and adults, especially those who love robots, will like the game a lot. Finally, he says we can expect new info on the game very soon.

On the other hand, Hino mention nothing about Ushiro’s development or release date but he says the game is like nothing we’ve seen before because aside from having Shinigami attach to the character, there will be some “shocking new system” to be revealed. Although he can’t talk to much about the story, he says besides horror, the game will warm your heart too.

I have a feeling those two titles will never leave Japan.

These two games interests me a lot. Can't wait to see some gameplay video of both, pretty sure they will be good, since this come from Level-5. Thanks for the news!

zlejedi: Some niche RPGs like Class of Heroes or Crimson Gem Saga have left Japan, and these are Level 5 games we are talking about.

Rafael: You're welcome.

@Zlejedi: I think they will. There's a lot of smaller games actually being released outside Japan/Asia.

Maybe they'll take some time... how long they usually take to release a game outside Japan?

Ushiro sounds interesting, I just hope it comes to EU.

I hope this 2 games will be release this year.

They're both scheduled for 2009 release in Japan.

Hope these get a US release.
