Mario Galaxy can cover for all the crappy third party games on the wii. Seriously, kitty luv!?

 Either way it doesn't really matter. I used one list from IGN which I think is usually really accurate. It has already shown to be wrong according to others on a few games, but the generalization is that Wii>360>PS3 in regards to gaming count, exclusives, and diversity. This is the same thing that happened to other generational leaders. It is mearly more proof that Wii is destined to remain #1.

Well Hus, yes the ps1 games were better quality overall compared to those of N64, but that's because of the quantity advantage for the ps1. When you have so many games coming out, it's more the probable that at least 5% will be good/very good/awesome. So let's look at he numbers, i remember the ps1 having over 3000 thousand different games while the n64 had somewhere along the line of 500 games.

Oh, remember one thing though, first generation games for the ps1 totally sucked. I mean it, i still have magazines from the mid 90's with game reviews. Meanwhile N64 first generation games were very good quality.

On topic, I see 10 games on the Wii list that are a must and 20 that i might consider buying......if i won't be broke that is :P. Cool exclusives on the PS3 and xbox.....but there are so few :/

A quick personal count reveals:

Wii definite buys = 7
Wii watch list = 19
PS3 definite buys = 4
PS3 watch list = 3
360 want list = 1

 Yesterday I made an article where an French Atari/Bandai represantive announced that Ace Combat 6 is an time exclusive (I don't know for sure it will release this year on PS3) and Eternal Sonata will release on PS3 and the same with Beautifull Katamari.

Oh yeah Beautifull Katamari was announced on the namco site for the Wii and PS3 , then again Gametrailers says it will be only for X360 and PS3.

I think that Gamespot updates their list a little more often.

Also missing:
DiRT - PS3
Heavenly Sword - PS3 shipped today coming tomorrow
ES IV: GOTY Edition- PS3
UT III - PS3

Dirt is not exclusive, so who cares.
Heavenly sword is already out, but would help PS3 exclusive count.
Eternal Sonata, is in error, but is not an exclusive *now* so who cares.
UT III is on the list, and is not an exclusive either.

Basically my overall conclusion still stands. Wii>360>PS3.

At the end of the generation the N64 did have a much smaller library of good games compared to the Playstation, but early in its life it could be argued that the N64 had the quality advantage ...
