My crrent PC is 2 years old and I've never had a problem outside of McAffee acting like a virus once. My old PC was 3 years old and I never had a problem with it at all except 1 case of malware. The rest of the time was, as you put it, "flawless computing." So yeah, why pay 1000 again?

Macs are like Saiyans, they only get more powerful the older they get. That three year old hardware will ALWAYS be able to handle the latest software at full efficiency! Crysis? Psh, max DX10 easily!

You are missing the point. Exactly WHY should I spend 1000 more on a Mac (as the above posster state, it's not as much i know), when I already have Windows and Linux? Macs offer NOTHING that I already don't have. In fact I have MORE than what they offer. Why should I pay more? In fact Macs should be cheaper.

Macs are useless (cost more, offer less), but Apple as a ocmpany is shit. Have you not heard of the whole iPhone app fiasco where they block Apps that may, MAY, compete with a feature of theirs down the road. The sooner the company goes out of business, or is left ith just iPods, the happier I will be.

apple is very innovative even the mouse that u are using now started getting mainstream because of macs

Apple uses Intel chips, just like PC's do, so it's kinda hard for them to say much about H/W...one might even point to the fact that they have been doing better because of the switch over...it's a S/W issue, and Windows 7 will answer ALOT of the grumbling by PC users.
