The numbers seemed to be getting closer and closer......until the NPD numbers proved otherwise and crush fanboy dreams.

Hmmmm, I wonder if these threads will be present again next month right before the NPD numbers. It will be interesting when just like this month, next months numbers crush what people assumed were closer sales between PS3 and 360 hardware and software. RE5 360 says hello.....:)

I know you're just a troll, and this is just utter crap....but how is selling 1.45 and 1.29 million considered "fail"?

i think sony is speeding up a tad bit because of the release of their monster games but M$ is slowing a bit because of their lack of games. But PS3 still needs a Price cut to match the 360
