When I was little I used to hang up stocking for the Clause!

but in Year 3 I was told by friend Santa Clause is a scam......I didn't believe them at first....but slowly as my knowledge of science & so on grew I realized IT WAS A LIE!

he is just Tim Allen ....

My parents raised me right and never told me that Santa was real. I personally would never want to lie to my kids and then them find out and be devastated.

Santa Clause I later realized was just hyped so those comnpanies could make money selling Santa branded stuff!!!

WTF shut up guys santa is real, he lives deep inside of all or us and helps us to make good cookies and such and we give them back to him to pay for the expensive things he brings at christmas

why one year i remember running down the stairs to find a brand new pair of shoes that I wanted for Christmas (b/c the ones I had on at the time had a hole in them and the snow was starting to make my feet cold) and all it cost me was like 5 cookies.

I only wish he had been able to bring some money for my mom b/c she was crying most of that day b/c she said she didn’t have enough for the mortgage but couldn’t handle CPS coming again b/c I lost another toe to frost bite or some other such kid crap.

But he did bring her a carton of smokes and a bottle of Bean which always put her in a better mood and kept her from wanting to beat on us kids.

So don’t sit there and try and tell me he is not real!

When I was little (about 3 or 4) I questioned how come there's Santas in every malls and such. So I never really believed in it. I knew the gifts were from my parents and family.

i found out when i was around 11. i was heartbroken.

I gradually learned, although i was never allowed to say i was my sister was born when i was 7 and was a believer for a long time

We still knew who santa was and enjoyed the christmas shows and what not, but my parents always told us the gifts were from them, and yes I'm serious. Why lie to your kids at such a young age? Same with all the other fanciful people/creatures. We knew who they all were but we understood they were just fantasies.
