You're right.
It could very well have been the mother that loaded it up - not the kid - in an attempt to get another PSP. Two for the price of one.
Note she wants another PSP, it doesn't say she wants to give back the first

The same thing happened to me with a new phone. Filled with amateur pornographic photos' (unfortunately of a fat chick and her overly hairy boyfriend).
The two things i don't get,
Why would anyone return a piece of hardware without deleting naughty pictures?
Secondly, who do i blame for this. Is it the manufacturer who fixes a phone, and puts in back into the market without resetting it, or is it the retailer trying to resell returned products?
