I could see that being the case for defective returns, but they do have a satisfaction guarrantee...

Whoever bought this PSP was left "Unsatisfied" despite the porn, and returned it!

I bought a sony handycam a few years ago and it was filled with pictures of a nice B.C. couple and their MASSIVE grow op. Marijuana plants 5 - 6 feet tall.
