WOW for a game that has alot of preorders and followers there is not alot of support on this site for it,
Unless people are scared to actually show there excitement about something, i dont get why all the negitivity, is it just becouse its an xbox game and not a ps3 or wii game?
Of course we all know the next big thing will be GTA 4 :) that wa need be anoter reason to call out of work, but i have to think about that one a little more, not a game you can beat in 2 days :)

This site is 88 percent Nintendo fans, 7 percent Sony and 5 percent Xbox.
Don't ask me to give you actual numbers :P
To answer the question, I assume it will be hard to find the game on release day and I'll have to wait for the second shipment a few days later or something so that's how it will effect me.

That is completely rediculas, no wonder no one likes halo and why everyone thougt metroid would be huge (it is, but not quite what i thought and everyone else thought) cause everyone on the site loved it
With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Yes metroid is a great game but so is halo and so is games for the ps3, I admit ps3 has nto had any AAA games that make me want to buy it but after seeing GT5 that is a game i will have to have... also MGS :).....
Halo to me is like an ongoing movie that needs it's conclusion, anyone think of LOTR or POTC those movies rocked, games not so good but what if the movies never existed???? would the games been DISSED if no one knew how the story was going to go and wanted to find out the conclusion.

Finally the hype will be over! I'm looking forward to seeing what effect the game has on hardware sales and how well it sells after all the effort that's been put into it.

From what i can tell there is not much hype on this site for it, i know im getting the halo edition x box just for the event, ( Mine is still at the MS workshop :( )
But it will prob move a good number of systems.

The 25th won't affect me at all. I have the ltd edition pre-ordered, but it's not released in JP until the 27th...
