I'd love to jump in and play it with you however 3.1 just hit and I know I'll be raiding ulduar and working most of my days, well, when not getting completely wasted.

the 1up guy is "threatening" to review the game with the current issues as well, instead of waiting for the normal situation.

Looks like StarDock/GPG should have set up an isolated network for reviewers. I'm sure the problems will be fixed, but of course reviews won't be changed. at the same time, we all saw the shit that GTA IV was, but reviewers super machines didn't have a problem with it.  at the same time, I read there were a lot of issues with Gears 2 for example. I doubt reviewers had these problems too. and there are a dozen of examples.

Gamestop released it a week early.
There was a post about it on stardock forums
Caused major problems with server since they couldnt switch over since people were getting onto the server a week early.

I got the game yesterday from StarDock. Collector's Edition. I need to see if my desktop will run it.
