GEOW 1 was bundled int he holidays in EU

so was GEOW 2 with GEOW 1 (a multipack) this holiday

Person 2: I also have plenty of other exclusive Xbox games but I was just pointing out how Sony games aren't in to big of demand. The PS3 sequels also tend to sell less copies. GT5 is probably going to be the highest selling PS3 game but I don't think a racing game will move a lot of hardware.

Yeah. even though this is a sales site, it´s awkward seeing a bunch of 20/25+ year olds basically going "my console is better than yours" all over the place.

The only reason i got one is cuz i saved up my money i knew it was gonna be expensive

And the games alone are 60 bucks

Hell Uncharted has been out as long as the ps3 has been out and its still 50 to 60 bucks where i live

The PS3 didn't fail because it's more expensive. It failed because its too damn expensive. And before you fanboys get angry I mean it failed in comparison to previous success Playstation consoles had.

The PS1 and PS2 launched for $300. Price drops soon followed making it $200 and lower.  A fair price people are willing to pay for a gaming machine.

The PS3 on the other hand launched for $600 and 2+ years later it's still more expensive than the launch price of previous consoles. If Sony can't be a success at this price than nobody can.

Well, 360 already have their system seller launched( Halo 3 ) which sold about 45% of 22.74 Million. But best selling PlayStation game Gran Turismo is not launched yet and every GT game sold above 5 million. We will just have to wait for Gran Turismo 5.

Sony 1st party games won't help PS3 much. We should know that by now. They just need a price drop.
