It will support backwards compatibility with the wii and rez up all games to HD levels (support for 720p only though) and will have three controller types for games (wii-motion plus, Mii dual shock type controller, and camera controller) and console will not support HDMI but component only (still no optical out or DD).
The console will run on a single core process running at 2.0 gigahertz
The graphic processor will be a ATi rage chip running at 128 mb and 12 verticle pipelines code name rangerover.
Games will "finally" run on standard dvd and allow the console to play dvd movies (with optional adapter at 29.99 mrsp)
system will cost 320.00 dollars with bundles going up to 500 dollars and includes MII sportz amazon adventure.
Knowing Nintendo the name will be different, but pretty much this is what you can expect from them come next gen.

Ok the some of the following will NEVER happen but i left my imagination go wild...

dvd with upscalling (they will stick with DVDs because the future is internet streaming and NOT bluray)

mic/cam inside the wireless sensor bar

mic inside wiimote as well and also you will be able to use it as a phone speaker/headset (via bluetooth)

it will also have a small lcd screen on the wiimote that will show charge levels game info etc and it will be able

to play downloadable gameboy games as well

so the wiimote will serve as a standalone gameboy too (yeah right!! hah)

the classic controller will still exist but this time it will have a slot so u will not need the cable

you will just plug the wiimote inside the controller.

also the wiimote will serve as a pedometer for the new fit games that will use it

so u can cary it with you and it will record your steps etc (and show info on screen)

of course it will be a heart rate monitor as well via thumb pulse recognition

heart rate will play a role inside some games too

The wiimote will only have an analog controller and not a d-pad anymore

some fps games (red steel 3 will be the first one) will support dual welding by combining 2 wiimotes and u will be able to move around with the analog stick

it wil launch with wii fit 2 (wii fit plus is for the original wii) zelda galaxy (zelda in a space odyssey) and red steel 3

the balance board will also have an lcd screen so u can use it as a weight measurement device without turning the wii on and it will also have a speaker as well. more or less the balance board will give u advices etc

the main launch game will be Wii Sports 2

it will feature online play and it will combine the balance board/heart monitor and the new extra precise motion detection of the new plus extra technology

the main menu will have a new channel called TV and u will be able to stream movies/series etc in hd

also now u will be able to use custom soundtracks to all your games

can't think of anything else at the moment..
