How can anybody seriousley compare RE5 graphics to games like KZ2 and Uncharted without laughing their head off. RE5 is RE4 with a little bit of flash.

I have the 360 version of Res5. And i have Killzone2.

I play both on HDMI, and i can easily say that Killzone 2 is way better than Res5 graphically.

as for the graphics of Biohazard 5, i'll go for the xbox360 version but
it somewhat indistinguishable(the difference i mean)

but overall purchase, i'll go with the ps3's version because it has HOME extra

I think Killzone 2 knocks Resident Evil 5 into outer space (graphically and game wise), but to be fair to the opening post, Killzone 2 is missing one vital ingredient IMO and that is "true" HDR.

The HDR implementation in the game is OK, but Resi 5's is better. And also, to be fair again, HDR rendering can easily slow down your render pipeline by 30% (based on my experience here). So I think Resident Evil 5 does a good job with that in mind.

But, Unchartered murders Resident Evil 5 because it also has fabulous HDR, but also has superior foliage rendering/physical interactions and water simulation and still ticks over without a hitch.

So for me, it's:

KZ2 > Uncharted (by a small margin) > Resi 5

Does Re5 have dust storm and other particle effects that KZ2 has? The textures and graphics of the play environment are NOT why KZ2 stands out. It stands out because of the weather effects, wind, lightning and so on. This is why it stands out, because Helghan is a dusty and boring place to visit, unless there is shooting going on.
