The Red Wings deserved to lose tonight. Their play was lackadaisical until the 18 minute mark of the 2nd period. To be outplayed like that in game seven of the Finals on home ice is inexcusable. Their attitude and play was similar to that of the Pistons the past five seasons. They played exceptionally well...until it mattered most. That they are resembling the Pistons is consternating.

Also, how Fleury recovered from game 5 is remarkable.
