FF Versus - 2010 in Japan
Heacy Rain - 2009
WarDevil - Half past never
Not a lot for 2009.........

Assassin's Creed 2, Modern Warfare 2, PES 2010, Uncharted: Among Theives and Ratchet and Clank: A Crank in Time are must buys for me {+ Jak the Lost Frontier, LBP and MS AR for PSP}
I also am thinking about:
Red Dead Revolution, DiRT 2, Need for Speed Shift, and probably some more which I am forgetting
It is going to be a great year, and then we have ME 2 coming early 2010, and FF XIII soon after

It was heavily implied that he just meant exclusives
