What year do you think these announced games will release?

Sony and 3rd parties have announced a LOT of games however many of them do not have a release date. With that said what year do you think said games will release?

My predictions:

Uncharted 2 - 2009 correct

MAG - 2010 correct but i wouldnt be surpised if it comes out this year will this game be online only?

GOW III - 2010 correct

Ratchet & Clank: CIT - 2009 correct

GT5 - 2010 incorect i think 09 is possible expect 09 release date info at E3

FF Versus - 2010 in Japan incorect

Heacy Rain - 2009 correct

WarDevil - Half past never ? also but 2010 is wat i think
