All right, so Little Mac and Saki both made cameos in Brawl, both of whom haven't had their own game in several generations.  Traditionally, Nintendo has used the series to gain recognition for lesser-known franchises that they'll be bringing to the spotlight, like they did with the Fire Emblem characters in Melee.  Now, we're going to see Punch Out!! and Sin and Punishment 2 for the Wii.  Who do you think will be next?  Keep in mind that I'm only talking about games that haven't seen new iterations in this or the last generation, so 'New Mario', 'new Zelda', 'new Metroid', etc, don't count.  Neither does Excitebots, since we've already had Excite Truck.

The safest bet is probably a new Kid Icarus, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a new Ice Climber on Wii.  Your thoughts?

You didn't read the OP .  I was wondering about old franchises, and Star Fox has had a DS game and two GameCube games.

@SmokedHostage: Who's Stanley?  Was he the gardener from DK3?  Where was he in Brawl?
