It's all on the topic.

curiosity. I don't think there's a firm release date on either game.
I'm guessing Assassin's Creed 2, but it's a complete guess
I just think AC2 will be out for the holiday sales of this year, where as I have no clue when SC will be out.
Both games will be released in 2010. I believe Assassins Creed 2 will be released first by a couple of months.
Is Ubisoft Montreal developing both games? If so, then that's one hell of a task on their hands. Juggling two very popular titles aswell as an impending PoP sequel.
Ubisoft Montreal is a HUGE studio though with multiple dev teams. By far the most important studio in Ubisoft.
EDIT: from Wikipedia:
"the studio is now one of the largest in the world, with "a touch over 1,700" employees[1] in December 2008"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubisoft_Montreal
I used to be really excited for the new SC game but now I'm pretty meh about the entire thing. It's been too long since I played a proper SC game and I want to sneak around and cap fools in the back of the head, not wander around in street clothes and throw chairs at people.
If the game had released when it was intended, it would have been fine. We'd probably be looking toward the next SC game, which may be a return to its high tech stealth roots. But to wait over 3 years for a vastly different style of game... No thanks.
BTW, I think SC:C will release first.

They only released these games in 2008:
So besides SC:Conviction, AC2 and Harvest Moon Online they may have another PoP, Rainbow Six, Shaun White and FarCry 3 in development
