your sales predictions sound right but i think it will have a 93 or 94% on game rankings

But I think Hack'n slash genre will be punished in reviews this gen, it's honestly becoming an old fashioned genre. Remember that some other huge franchises have been punished this gen, for example Resident Evil went from 95% RE4 to 86% RE5.

Devil May Cry or Ninja Gaiden would've been better examples because RE 5 clearly deserved his average score. All the other third person shooter franchises have evolved with the new gen while RE stayed the same.
As for God of War, no doubt that it will be an exception and end up with at least 92% on gamerankings. God of War is awesome, even if it's a hack and slash, it always had great reviews (not a single GOW game is under 90 on metacritic) and even the old GOW games are still better than those new ''next gen'' hack 'n slash. Except for the first one, DMC has always had good reviews (but not great), I don't think anyone expected it to get anywhere near the 93 the first DMC got.
Ninja Gaiden II/Sigma just didn't deserve high scores because they haven't really evolved much, other than HD graphics and more blood. They still looks the same as they did on xbox. Also, Sigma got very good reviews (88 on metacritic) and we pretty much all agree that it could've been better.
If any hack 'n slash game can restore the genre this gen, I think we all agree that it's God of War.
