I have a question? I know the Asian import has English translations, but what about the text? Even when I am watching a video on someone who has imported it I always see Chinese text. Can you change that?

This game got a 9/7/7/6 from Famitsu.  Seems mediocre.

Isn't famitsu the ones who rated Haze and Last Remant really high? I dont know about trusting them too much. As an american, I much prefer a fellow english speaker who knows english culture's opinion. The way this reviewer makes it sound, it sounds awesome.

The 6 was predictably from someone who thought the game was too hard. Denegeki gave it 95/85/85/85. The fan and critical response to the game has been overwhelmingly positive. Hasn't famitsu handed out some questionable and unwarranted review scores in the past? Declaring this game to be mediocre hinges on much more than a poor Famitsu review.

Please tell me the difference between the following two items:

"This game got a 9/7/7/6 from Famitsu.  Seems mediocre."

and

"Famitsu gave this game a 9/7/7/6 so it's medicore."

Ding ding ding!  Time is up.

The first is a set of two independent clauses (sentence and sentence fragment) while the second consists of an independent clause and a dependent clause joined together with a coordinating conjunction. In the first set, the items are not necessarily related.  In the second set, the items are definitely related due to the use of the coordinating conjunction.

Now, you typically learn about these things in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th grades depending on your school and I tend to assume that most posters here have at least a 3rd grade education. 

Perhaps my assumption is wrong.

I really hope JRPG lovers in US and EU will buy it(if it is really that good). Games like VC and this deserve better for doing something different. I think many JRPG lovers in US complain about games like FF taking to long and mediocre JRPGs of late but when a good one comes along they dont buy it(VC).

Hopefully that won't happen with this game...

@WoW: So why say that a game "seems mediocre" based off of only a famitsu review? what else are you basing it on? Sorry for lifting your original statement out of context.
