@squilliam, 480p I believe. I know you have to be on an HDTV for the games to display. The movies will run on a sdtv though.

I went to Tesco Extra, got myself some munchies and then went to the electronics section. I was there for about 10 mins, line was huge and in front of me about 7 people were purchasing Wii Fit, just a monster.

Otherwise I don't stand around observing what people are purchasing but as I said, Wii Fit is a monster.

I have a trusty 53" Bravia... But this is an interesting idea, use the same handheld on both the TV and on the run. It makes getting a PSP tempting.
