No, Square Enix are too stupid to do anything logical this gen, which is why Kingdom Hearts is going to come to PS3. Anyway, Microsoft has already paid them a tonne of money, rumours are SE just tore up the contract they had with Sony when M$ threw even more money at them. They are just so stupid, they have complaint about the PS3's user base in Japan, and then decide to only release their games for the Xbox, they are just stupid

Not betting. SFIV would likely come around with a change in NOA's policy about Classic Cotroller games, and I think RE5 on the Wii is just likely given that their games are ported all the time. And given that it's Capcom's most expensive game yet, a Wii version would just make sense in increasing profit (as long as they market it the way they did RE4 Wii Edition).
