I've been playing Final Fantasy X for..-checks save point-.. 13 hours now and it sorta feels like I've played this game before. After I thought about it a bit, I realized: This game is very identical to Tales of Symphonia.

Tidus is Lloyd.

Auron is Kratos.

Lulu is Rain.

They're going to different temples to get new summons.

It's odd. Anyone else notice that?

Yes, the first part of TOS is very similar to FFX thats the first thing i noticed too

I have played both games i first played FFX in 2002 and then ToS in 2004. I have both games right now and i kinda never got into that idea of them having similar storylines. I do realize now that they are kinda alike but i love both games for what they are and found them completely different from each other. I like the different battle systems and the different paths they take. But i give both games 9/10 because of the epicness eachone of them shared.

They are VERY similar. "It's like FFX" was a perpetual thought I had while playing.

You fight your Dad in both games. And theres plenty more things similar but i am watching a movie now and dont want to miss it!
