i think DS is a way better horror game than RE5. RE has turned into a action game. DS had thrilling moments and stomach turning enemies.

Different Dead Space, your  think of the Wii lightgun shooter that is not yet released.  We are comparing with the 3rd person horror action game released fall 08.

Single player I'd give it to dead space for sure. But the Co-op in RE5 is hella fun and gives the game a slight edge.

DeadSpace is a good game but after you have beaten the main story once, that's it.
Replaying it is very repetitive so in the end it's a game on which you will spend a dozen hours ( if you replay it some) and that's about it.
That's why so many actually rent it instead of purchasing it.

Re5 however has a tonn of replay value with Mercenaries and now Versus modes.

So far I have spent 130 hours+ on Re5 and I am not done with it yet.........

Tough choice. Dead Space is better in a lot of ways. But I agree the replay value isn't there and there is some repetition.

I've played some of Resident evil 5 at a friends house so from what i played of it i think your right. ill take Dead Space.

yes dead space overall is a better game.
graphics, gameplay, controls, the actual horror i felt. dead space gets the nod.

dead space 2 needs 180 turn and a mercenary mode like re5

Dead Space has better controls and story. It did lack replay value but at times it did what the game is suppose to do, scare you. Something that RE5 didn't do.
