....I don't have that many high-leveled units!

Well Haar has such amazing stats that he would be useful at less than maxed. I've also seen enough convincing arguments to convince me that Haar is probably the best character in the game (and I would tend to agree). For a real FYI though, do not shy on leveling Ike, as having him under leveled is probably the most game breaking mistake you could make, and I would hate to see someone get to the third last level and have to restart.

That's almost impossible, isn't it? If you're clever, a lv 20/20/8 Ike with a C support with pretty much any unit can do what you need to in that level (no spoilers).
You get enough Bexp in the level before to level up around 10 levels (if I recall correctly). So unless you use the Bexp on someone else, then save, you're set. IS really stopped this from being a problem with Bexp.
Also, there is one chapter that Ike can pretty much solo. It's hard not to get him to 20/20/5 there (he starts at 20/20/1)
When I write Fact: in one part of the post, and opinion: (or a similar word), it's not because I can then say "my opinion can't be wrong". It is to inform what part is pure facts, and which part I try to draw a conclusion in.
What's the best way to ration out BEXP? I've basically just been using it sparingly, and I have about 5k saved up as of this chapter.
As long as you're not an idiot, you won't get a BexP problem. The amount of Bexp you get increase proportionally with how much Bexp is needed to level up a character. So whether you level Ike from 20/8 to 20/11 or 20/20/8 to 20/20/11 doesn't really matter a lot. It would have taken (roughly) equally many kills to get it, and relatively to the Bexp you get it's equal.

I edited.
I think I sent Ike, Shinnon, Gatrie, Oscar, and Titania on their exploration party.
Which leaves 11 to defend. Brom, Boyd, and Mia (west stairs) defended the stairs. Har took Boyd's spot on occasion, but I also used him to swoop down kill people and come back up. Nephene, Soren, Rolf, Ilyana, Ranulf, Heather guarded the edges. Of course Heather and Ranulf only block the edges and can't really attack back well, but that is all I needed so I stuck them in the areas they were least likely to get attacked.
Myst did the healing, and of course Reyson gave units second moves which helped a lot.

BXP people to the next level if they have capped 3 or more stats. So just kill people til right before you get the next level then stop using them for that stage. Then BXP to the next level and repeat. Other than that, I just saved it til the end and blew it on my useless laguz.

Why give them experience if they are useless?

I was going to say, there are enough high level laguz at the end game that wasting BXP on any of the others truly is useless. There are usually another 1 or 2 characters that dearly need the extra XP just for the endgame anyways.

Cause I didn't need it and I thought I could make some of my more liked laguz into something useful. I'm saying you have more than enough BXP on normal mode.
Okey dokey. Won't worry too much about BEXP.
Man. Gatri has maxed out Strength and Speed and he's only a level 15 Lance General. I can tell this is going to be a good playthrough.
